      How to restore a headlight

      Seven simple steps. About 20 to 25 ml of chemical per car.

      1. Mask the headlight

        Mask the area around the headlight so the paint and body stay protected.

      2. Wet sand in 5 levels

        Sand with water, moving from coarse to fine paper in this order:

      3. Fill the application machine

        Pour the chemical into the application machine, which is the heating machine. It has a 50 ml bottle. Fill half a bottle, which is 20 to 25 ml per car.

      4. Connect to the car battery

        Attach the machine's wire to the car battery.

      5. Wait for the steam

        Steam starts within about 20 seconds.

      6. Apply the steam on the headlight

        Move the steam over the headlight. It melts the minor scars and leaves a crystal clear finish.

      7. Leave it for 5 minutes

        Do not touch the headlight for 5 minutes.

        Products and prices

        We sell the Prinshine Headlight Restoration Kit, windshield restoration powder (cerium oxide) and a puncture oil dealership, mainly to garages, detailing studios, car wash centers and distributors. Prices are in Indian rupees. Bulk pricing for 10 kits is ₹1,100 + GST per kit. We may update prices, and we confirm the final amount with you on WhatsApp before you pay.

        The Dussehra & Diwali offer (Buy 2 Get 1 Free) is valid until 8 November 2026, or until stock ends. After the offer ends, the price may rise as shown on this page. We may end or change an offer at any time.

        Placing an order

        An order is confirmed only after our team confirms it with you on WhatsApp. Please give correct name, mobile number, workshop name and full address with pincode. We may not be able to deliver to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

        Refunds and replacements
